You got your cineeye from Accsoon and it has been working ok until now ? Device is glitching, not transmitting footage or just won’t connect to your smartphone? Here is solution ….different than what manual says about pressing reset button ! Hard reset with disconnecting battery , also teardown and reviewing internals components of cineeye.

let begin wit this operation …get your tool kit and cup of coffee
Starting with 4 screws on back of the cineeye unit be aware as they are tight and even I managed to strip head on one of them. Accsoon using strong lock tight which is good in some ways…
once you done , you can open cineeye – back of the cineeye has antenna build in so you have to disconnect this connector to separate two pieces . Cable length is around 2″ and connector is classic plastic connector easy to disconnect.
all right ! you end up with this … two pcb top one with HDMI connector and base pcb with buttons ,etc… and Large battery . So look for battery connector and disconnect it as per picture connector can have protective silicone covering part of it it is for security reasons to prevent disconnecting lets say when you drop the unit.
