you have broken your mavics gimbal cover?
I was on the shoot flying around getting those nice aerial shots ….and next minute the rain starts …..No drama quickly taking drone down trying to protect him from rain drops …turning it off , closing arms , placing gimbal holder and BOOOM gimbal cover 
click and NO. its broken !
those two small clips are down and gimbal become unusable…. no way this was so easy to break !
I guess 90% of dji mavic pro or pro platinum owners has broken their gimbals covers other 10% still didn’t opened the box 😉
oh well on the way home I browsed the internet about solution …. new original didn’t wort for the price of piece of plastic I can have nice dinner .
and ones from china will be with me just in couple weeks (way too long ) I need something instantly …
next stop on petrol station, glue and masking tape instant solution ! I did placed small broken clips on the place with masking tape and placed drop of the glue to each of the clips from inside also bit of glue for the front long clip just to reinforced it for future …. few minutes later it was ready to dry out properly – glue needs some time to become rock solid .
next morning … cover ready , I was really surprised it holds perfectly no more drama ! cover is like new maybe even better definitely stronger …. I using the same cover even today few weeks after fix still no required new one ….it has pretty rough life and its hold just good!
For someone does I just glued plastic pieces back together , but for me and for most of you this will be help ..and with bit of engineering you can fix your DJI Mavic PRO gimbal cover instantly .
